The challenge

The Klinik Teufen Group faced a complex task: the opening of the new location in Altstetten (887 m²) not only had to adhere to a tight schedule and a defined budget, but also had to bring together various stakeholders.

The goal was much more than just furnishing: based on the project manual, the aim was to develop a design standard that could be replicated for all future locations. Away from the sterile clinic look, toward a feel-good atmosphere.

The process: From concept to reality

Instead of just supplying products, our interior designer acted as a strategic partner for rollout management:

Analysis & Design: Detailed assessment of requirements and creation of a holistic room concept including 3D visualizations.
Validation: On-site sampling in the ofinto showroom for final quality assurance of the materials.
Implementation: Coordination of all logistics and assembly as a single point of contact—including just-in-time delivery for the opening.

The products: aesthetics in white & ergonomics

To stay within budget without compromising on quality, we chose an efficient combination:

Workstations: Height-adjustable ofinto Rise tables (white/white) combined with Active chairs (white, including seat tilt function) for ergonomic working in 20 therapy rooms.
Lighting & acoustics: A holistic lighting concept with Lumino floor lamps and Lumino Desk table lamps (accent color blue) as well as acoustic partitions for privacy.
Storage space: White, narrow office cabinets for space-saving organization.

The result

The Altstetten site was able to open on schedule with 349 pieces of furniture. Feedback from patients and employees confirms the "feel-good atmosphere." The clinic management now has a proven blueprint for further expansion.
