With us all deliveries are free of charge. As soon as we have received your payment, we transmit the order to our logistics partners and at the latest after 5 days (Mon-Fri) all your new ofinto furniture will be with you.

We ship office chairs with the parcel express service DPD Comfort. Shipped chairs are usually delivered within 48 hours after your order (Mon-Fri). To guarantee that the chairs arrive safely, the delivery is made against signature. But you have control: Via the tracking number, which you receive with the shipping confirmation by e-mail, you have the possibility to track the shipment and adjust the delivery date and handover.

We deliver office desks and mixed orders by freight forwarding. Our forwarding agent will call you within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) after shipment transmission to arrange a delivery date with you. Within 5 days (Mon-Sat) your order will be delivered. Optionally you can book with our forwarding agency delivery that our logistics partner carries your delivery directly to the place of use or even assemble directly for you and take the packaging right back.

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with our products. That's why we let you test your ofinto product for 100 days - right in your own home.

Step 1: First, please contact by e-mail us for a free ergonomic consultation. It can take up to a month for you to get used to your new working posture. We will be happy to help you find the ergonomically optimal settings for your ofinto products.

Step 2: If you would still like to return our products, you can enter a return in your user profile in the order overview. Ofinto products that are as good as new can be returned in their original packaging within 100 days of the purchase date for a refund. ofinto will cover the costs of the return shipment.

Please note that the original packaging must be present for a free return. If you are considering a return, we recommend that you do not let our assembly team dispose of the packaging materials even in the case of delivery including assembly.

For ofinto, quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. We therefore grant all customers who have purchased ofinto products directly from our web stores a voluntary, free guarantee of up to 10 years from the date of purchase on selected products (the "Guaranteed Products").

You can easily enter warranty claims in your user profile in the order overview or via email at info@ofinto.ch. The ofinto team will get back to you as soon as possible.
