All ofinto products are available in our Swiss warehouse and are shipped free of charge via DHL/DPD within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number that allows you to easily adjust the delivery date and location.
All deliveries within Switzerland are free of charge, with no hidden fees. You have the option to add additional services such as " Room of Choice Delivery " (e.g., to the 5th floor without an elevator) or an installation service. These options are clearly listed with each product.
ofinto offers a warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the model. Chairs such as the Active, Ergo and Cloud, as well as tables like Rise and Elevate come with a 10-year warranty on mechanical parts. The Flex Office and Flex Meeting come with a 7-year warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace defective components, covering all associated costs.
