Frequently asked questions

Can I test the products before I buy them?
Yes, we offer two options: You can test all models extensively in our showroom in Zurich (Hafnerstrasse 17) and get personal advice. Alternatively, you can order online and take advantage of our 100-day returns policy. If you don't like the product, we will organize free collection and refund the full purchase price.
How long does the delivery take and how does it work?
Delivery takes place within 5 working days via DPD Comfort with delivery against signature. After dispatch you will automatically receive a tracking number. This allows you to track the delivery status and adjust delivery options such as date or storage location if necessary.
How much are the shipping costs?
All our deliveries are free of charge, with no hidden costs. For certain products, we also offer the option of booking additional services, such as transport to the place of use (e.g. on the 5th floor without a lift). These are clearly indicated by the corresponding products and are optional.
What does the warranty cover and how long does it last?
Depending on the model, we grant a warranty of up to 10 years. Some parts have shorter warranty periods. In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace defective parts, including all costs incurred.
