With us, all deliveries are free of charge. As soon as we have received your payment, we send the order to our logistics partners and all your new ofinto furniture will be with you within 5 days (Mon-Fri) at the latest.

We ship office chairs via the DHL/DPD express parcel service. Chairs shipped this way are typically delivered within 48 hours of your order (Mon–Fri). To ensure that the chairs arrive safely, delivery requires a signature. But you’re in control: Using the tracking number you’ll receive in the shipping confirmation email, you can track your shipment and adjust the delivery date and time.

We deliver office desks and mixed orders by forwarding agent. Our forwarding agent will call you within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of the shipment being sent to arrange a delivery date with you. Your order will be delivered within 5 days (Mon-Sat). As an option, you can also book our forwarding agent to carry your delivery directly to the place of use or even assemble it for you and take the packaging with you.

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with our products. That's why we let you test your ofinto product for 100 days - right in your own home.

Step 1: First, please contact us by e-mail for a free ergonomic consultation. It can take up to a month for you to get used to your new working posture. We will be happy to help you find the ergonomically optimal settings for your ofinto products.

Step 2: If you would still like to return our products, you can enter a return in your user profile in the order overview. Ofinto products that are as good as new can be returned in their original packaging within 100 days of the purchase date for a refund. ofinto will cover the costs of the return shipment.

Please note that the original packaging must be present for a free return. If you are considering a return, we recommend that you do not have the packaging materials disposed of by our assembly team, even if delivery includes assembly.

For ofinto, quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. We therefore grant all customers who have purchased ofinto products directly from our web stores a voluntary, free guarantee of up to 10 years from the date of purchase on selected products (the "Guaranteed Products").

You can easily submit warranty claims in your user profile under the order overview or by email at [email protected] . The ofinto team will then contact you as soon as possible.
