Frequently asked questions
The ofinto focus Call achieves Class A according to ISO 23351-1 with 30.4 dB of speech level reduction—a figure that has been tested and verified, not just a manufacturer’s claim. Conversations remain better isolated, while distracting office noise is significantly reduced.
The glass door, made of 10-mm laminated safety glass with a PVB interlayer, dampens sound while keeping the pod bright and open. The pod doesn't feel like a closed cabin, but it still provides effective acoustic insulation.
A multi-layered structure consisting of an outer shell, acoustic absorbers, PET acoustic fabric, and structural materials performs various acoustic functions and operates as a system. This reduces disruptive noise more effectively than booths with only a single layer of insulation.
The ofinto focus Call requires a footprint of 0.94 m² (1,000 x 940 mm) and stands 2,100 mm tall. Its net weight is 255 kg.
Three controls handle everything: a dial for ventilation and one switch each for ambient lighting and the reading lamp. Without the need for an app, account, or setup, the most important functions are directly accessible, clearly labeled, and immediately understandable.
Yes. Built-in casters allow for easy repositioning, and adjustable feet ensure stability once in place. The pod adapts to the office as teams, spaces, or requirements change.
The ofinto focus is GREENGUARD Gold certified according to UL 2818, with verified low TVOC and formaldehyde levels. It is particularly well-suited for enclosed workspaces where air quality and confidence in materials are important.
A 5-year warranty on all key components: acoustic walls, doors, frames, glass, ventilation, lighting, and electrical systems. The warranty covers the entire structure—not just individual components—making it easier to plan for your investment over the long term.
Door frames and glass profiles made of anodized 6063-T5 aluminum. The sturdy frame reliably ensures precise door alignment and smooth closing, even with daily use.
The door and frame close smoothly thanks to a magnetic guide mechanism. The door snaps into place with a precise, high-quality feel every time, without the need for readjustment.
The ventilation system operates at less than 40 dB during normal operation. That's enough to provide air circulation without disrupting calls or focused work. You can stay in the pod comfortably for longer without being distracted by the fan.
The interior panel features a Swiss T13 outlet (100 to 220 V), as well as USB-A and USB-C ports. You can connect and charge your laptop, phone, and accessories directly, without needing any adapters or external extension cords.
An integrated LED ceiling light illuminates the interior, and there is also a separate reading lamp for focused work. The lighting supports a variety of usage scenarios, from a quick phone call to a focused work session lasting several hours.
The interior uses PE/PVC composites made from recycled water bottles and PET acoustic felt. These materials enhance acoustic performance while also offering a more sustainable material base. Sustainability is thus an integral part of the acoustic design, not just an additional marketing claim.
CE-LVD, CE-EMC, RoHS, and REACH, as well as other testing and compliance certificates. All relevant documents are available in a single package, simplifying the review, approval, and procurement processes.
